Understanding the difference between the situations in our lives (our facts), and the stories we tell ourselves about them (our thoughts), is the difference between victimhood, and empowerment. In this episode we're talking about how to take power back over our lives by taking responsibility over our thoughts, emotions and actions, even when life's situations are beyond our control. We'll also do a powerful coaching exercise that reminds us of how neutral so many of our situations actually are, and how limited we are in our current perspectives and mindsets.
