I took a survey of moms, and the survey shows that we are suffering a collective epidemic... Mom Guilt! And worse, we think we're all alone in our struggles. So not true. I define guilt as the gap between our behaviors and beliefs--to ditch the guilt, we've gotta mind the gap.
